Blood Clean Up Services

Serving San Diego, Southern Orange, Riverside, and Imperial Counties

Professionals refer to us when tragedy strikes.

No one should have to be in a position to need our services, but if you do, we are here to help you in your time of need. Bloodborne pathogens pose a significant health risk to those who come in contact with them. Accidents and situations that involve blood can be dangerous, and need to be cleaned up properly. We consider blood clean up to be a calling - NOT for profit motivation.

California state regulations deem all body fluids and tissue to be a biohazard requiring expert knowledge and special safety, handling and disposal procedures. We are fully licensed, Hazoper certified, OSHA compliant, and we provide a certificate of disinfection for all blood and murder cleanup projects.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • NO! You should never attempt to clean-up hazardous material, such as blood or bodily fluids, by yourself. Not only do you run the risk of exposing yourself to harmful contaminants, but you also put others at risk as improper cleanup can also spread the contaminants to other areas.

It is very important to hire a professional biohazard cleaning company that is trained in hazardous waste removal and blood borne pathogens. Precautions must be taken in adherence to OSHA and the California Department of Public Health rules and regulations - such as wearing Personal Protective Equipment (or PPE), and properly disposing of any contaminated materials.

  • The time it takes to complete a murder or blood clean-up job will vary on a case to case basis, but most can be completed in just one day. We will provide you with an individual timeframe after completing our free estimate. Once we gain access to the property, it is up to you whether or not you would like to be present while the job is being completed.

  • Most major homeowners insurance policies will cover the costs of cleaning after a murder or traumatic event. We will work directly with your insurance company, and many times you are only responsible for the deductible.

Keep in mind, these types of clean-ups are often not covered by renter’s insurance policies.

  • The CDC defines a biohazard as any “infectious agents or hazardous biologic materials that present a risk or potential risk to the health of humans, animals, or the environment.” Some examples of biohazardous materials we deal with after a traumatic event includes:

    • Human Blood & Blood Product

    • Human Bodily Fluids (saliva, vomit, etc.)

    • Pathological Waste (tissue, organs, etc.)
