This is the letter I promised:
I cannot Thank You and your Team at Harmony Environmental Services enough for the Professional, Courteous, and Thorough Service that was provided in the clean-up of the Mercury spill on our property.
First of all, the person who took my initial call of inquiry about whether-or-not this was something your company would take on was polite, knowledgeable, empathetic, and reassuring to the point that my worries of a successful remediation were put quickly put aside.
Then with Justin’s arrival and Clear Explanation of the process that would be involved along with possible cost convinced me that not only your Company was the Team to work with, but, Justin was the Right Person for the job.
First he arrived for the inspection of the spill area exactly at the time he promised to arrive. After explaining all that would be involved for the remediation, with your on-the-spot assistance he was able to provide an initial quote of cost and a date and time when he would start the work of cleaning up the spill to a level required by the San Diego County HAZMAT Regulator’s Office. In fact, he actually made contact with, and worked with the Regulator. Justin explained to him the clean-up process he planned to use, but kept him, and myself updated about the work progress.
It took just over a week for the remediation to be completed with an All-Clear being Declared by the County Regulator, (the Regulator texted me that he was Very Pleased with Jistin’s work; as was I).
The Work was successfully completed on time, on cost, solely because of your Team’s Professionalism, and Obvious Pride they take in their work of helping people getting through an otherwise Stressful Event.
I FULLY Encourage any other Person or Agency who would Need the Skills of your Company Employees with such issues to Engage your Company in Any Remediation that would be needed as a On-Time, Detailed, First Time Quality, Clean-Up!!!
